Session 1: A Blind Tasting of Lake Michigan Shore Wines- Participants will taste the wines at the same time as the panel of Sommeliers to get a first hand appreciatoin of the subtleties of the wines. World class examples from other wine regions of similar wine styles to the LMS wines will be included in the blind tasting.
Session 2: A Blind Tasting of Experimental Wines- Wines with varying degrees of vine management such as crop load will be tasted.
Flawed Wines Workshop: A series of flawed wines will be available for optional tasting so individuals can learn to detect these flaws.
Lake Michigan Shore Wine Showcase: Following the educational sessions an informal hospitality will be held, where you can talk with both the Sommeliers and the wine makers.
