Whether fruity, sparkling, or even aged, rosé is truly a wine for all seasons. While tasting through a flight of the pink goodness, we'll discuss the multiple winemaking techniques and styles of the world's Rosé. A tour of our cellar includes a taste of the anxiously awaited 2009 Rosé of Cabernet Franc as well. This wine was a smash for us in the previous vintage and has been sold out for months! We love how rosé wines gracefully lend themselves to such a wide array of cuisine and applications - summer weather isn't required.
Class includes: discussion of proper tasting techniques, tasting of classic rosé varietals and how each lends itself to the 'cause', instruction on how rosé wines are created at 2 Lads to finish.
